I ordered steak fajitas and a coke, total 21. It comes with yellow rice, beans and some salad. Food came quick and it is delicious. It was a little windy outside, I ate in the bus. There are tables outside.
Go there!!! Super nice food truck and a lot of choice. If you ask, they have everything available in vegetarian and the price is fair compared to its location(tourist village) I can really suggest their 3 Taco meal, because it is a good portion for the price and super delicious. The food is warm and to go and you will get it very quick. I also tried the other Mexican stores there, but this truck is very amazing!!!
La Jungla in West Yellowstone was a nice find! It’s a unique spot, with a bus converted into a restaurant, which makes the experience even more fun. The chicken fajitas were really good, and the shrimp was amazing—full of flavor and cooked just right. The outdoor seating is also very nice, perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. A great spot if you’re craving Mexican food in the area!
We walked in 10 minutes before closing and the owner served us with a smile. The street tacos were some of the best we have ever had. It was so good that we came back for lunch the next day. We will probably pick up some to take with us on our flight.
Great food. The truck ambience is very good and cozy! Alberto is a great host and chef. When we asked him for vegetarian options, he said he can make 37 vegetarian dishes!! Thoroughly recommend this place.
Traveling this area for the first time. This was a wonderful location w/ great service & good. Notably, the chips were amazing. We had a veggie pasta (curiously we had to try) & it was surprisingly yummy. Our second item was a fajita burrito. As a fajita lover I highly recommend this meal. Our only issue was the lack of drink service & the customization to keep sour cream/quac off one meal.
Best Mexican food, in my opinion. This family knows how to do it right. Prices are great and the portion sizes are easily 2-3 meals for me. I haven’t been disappointed with anything off the menu.
Best Mexican food we've ever had. Authentic, not like the ones that try to be in New York City. Never thought we'll come across this in a somewhat touristy town of West Yellowstone. Went there 2 days back to back during our stay in West Yellowstone. My favorite was the shrimp tostada ceviche. Out of the world !!! Camarones Rancheros was great too and so we're the tacos and chimichangas. The restaurant is actually a bus with seating inside and on the outside. Don't let the crowd here put you off. We didn't have to wait for more than 10-15 mins for food to arrive. Wished we had more days in Yellowstone...will miss this place !
